We strive to make our customers’ insurance buying experience a pleasant one while customizing their policy to their unique needs. In addition, we bring MVD services closer to our customers by providing short wait times and document efficiency.

Company Strategy

We compete in an industry that can be characterized as slow growth and low returns. Recently, Personal Auto premiums have increased 3.2% while other industries have grown around 4.7%. In a competitive environment where customers are looking for the best value for their dollar, we must continually strive to be their insurance and MVD Company of choice.

History of Best Buy

Best Buy Insurance was founded in 1996. Business was conducted on a rented desk in a real estate office, and has grown to four fully-staffed offices throughout the city of Phoenix and Yuma. In 2003, Best Buy decided to expand our offerings to the community and founded Best Buy Title Services, LLC. to bring MVD services closer and provide a better experience for our customers. Today, three of our four locations now offer MVD services and we continue to expand to bring more services to our customers. We are continuing to grow Best Buy and realize that our continued success and growth is in no small part due to the dedication and performance of our employees.

Locations

Best Buy has locations throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area and in Yuma, AZ. The parent office is the Central Office, located at 3917 S. Central, Phoenix, AZ 85040. The Central Office houses the Auto, homeowners, commercial and accounting departments. The McDowell Office is located at 5146 W. McDowell Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85035 and the Dunlap Office at 536 E. Dunlap, Suite #10, Phoenix, AZ 85020. The Yuma Office is located at 1835 S. 4th Avenue, Yuma, AZ 85364.
